James has been in the real estate industry since 1997 where he started working for a large corporate estate agency chain in Barkingside and Ilford. He founded and operated Lester's for 10 years before selling it to an independent investor in 2011. James lives in Chigwell and is deeply involved in local affairs, with two children attending local schools. Outside of business, James trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu where he holds a purple belt and maintains a season ticket at Leyton Orient. James lives and breathes property and his vision to create a luxury estate agency brand in his home town has been borne out in Lester & Lachs.
