Lester & Lachs
Our founders, James Lester and Daniel Lachs, met by chance in 1997 when they both started out in their first jobs in estate agency. They quickly formed a friendship that would last a lifetime. Both James and Daniel forged successful careers in real estate based on honesty, transparency and service. Local residents of Chigwell, they felt frustrated with the level of service being offered to sellers and landlords and wanted to raise the bar and Lester & Lachs was born. 22 Brook Parade on the High Road in Chigwell was the perfect location. The premises were home to Phillip Leigh and Associates, a successful agency in their own right, for many years.
